In this paper, we present a static imaging Fourier transform spectrometer (sIFTS) for the mid-infrared spectral range. The system employs imaging optics, a single-mirror interferometer, and an uncooled broadband microbolometer array. As the hyperspectral data cube is acquired using a windowing method, a comparatively high light throughput in a spectral range from &#x;cm&#x;1 to Bruker infrared Fourier transform spectrometers. 2 companies industrial environment. CryoSAS combines Bruker's high performance FTIR spectrometers with built-in, closed-cycle cryo-cooling technique that does all in a single platform. Building upon the legacy of Anasys technology leadership in AFM-based nano-optical characterization.

Both instruments are cryogenically cooled to achieve high performance absolute measurements, and both are imaging static Fourier transform spectrometers (ISFTS) [2, 3]: an imaging system is. – Infrared (IR) microscopy has shown itself to be an important diagnostic tool for tissue date, the main tool for performing IR microscopy has been the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) microscope. FTIR microscopes utilize incandescent bulbs for light sources, and require cryogenically cooled detectors for the weak, optically poor probe signals.

Fourier transform spectrometers (FTS), mostly working in infrared (IR) or near infrared (NIR) range, provide a variety of chemical or material analysis with high sensitivity and accuracy and are widely used in public safety, environmental monitoring and national border security, such as explosive detection. However, because of being bulky and expensive, they are usually used in test centers. Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopy (FTIR) has been selected to prove its capability for online monitoring of the tritium concentration in the liquid phase at the bottom of the distillation column of the ISS. The actual research-development work is focusing on the calibration of such a system.

For applications where only moderate spectral resolution is required, static Fourier transform infrared spectrometers (sFTS) offer a comparatively cost-effective alternative to classical scanning instruments. In this paper, we present an sFTS based on a single-mirror interferometer using only standard optical components and an uncooled microbolometer array.

Infrared spectroscopy has many applications, and the Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) has become an important analytical tool for these purposes.

In addition to its use in benign laboratory environments, the FTS has found great acceptance for the difficult tasks of remote sensing of the Earth from satellites, and for space exploration by probes to other planets.IRISHS is a true, imaging, Fourier transform spectrometer (FTS) with a fully open square field of view, where the third dimension required to assemble data cubes .We describe a novel cryogenically cooled, spatially modulated, imaging, Fourier transform interferometer spectrometer for spectral measurements in the 1 - 5 micrometers range.
